Carbonfact, based in Paris, seeks a Decarbonization Analyst to guide fashion brands through data-driven decarbonization initiatives. You will own the customer journey, perform data QA, and deliver reports that drive measurable sustainability outcomes.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and comfort working with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, excellent English, and a passion for decarbonization.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, customer-facing roles with multiple stakeholders.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
• Experience or knowledge in decarbonization, sustainability or climate topics.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding to long-term success.
• Analyze datasets, perform QA and generate reports.
• Track KPIs to improve customer outcomes and internal processes.
• Identify process improvements and document customer feedback.
• Manage requests, priorities and timelines with clarity.
