The ideal candidate holds a top-degree from a business/engineering university, with internships in financing and a strong command of French and English.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a grande école of business, engineering, or university.
• At least 2 internships in financing, private debt, or LBO finance; first CDI/CDD/VIE experience welcome.
• Rigorous, committed, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork.
• Fluent in French and English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in origination and execution of financing mandates, primarily in the French market.
• Prepare documents for transaction steps: pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations.
• Develop financial models to evaluate financing structures and project cash flow across scenarios.
• Track mandats databases, market deals, and macro-financial trends.
• Engage with clients and potential funders alongside more senior team members.
