Geely Auto France seeks a Dealer Marketing & Communication Manager to drive retail marketing and brand consistency across the dealer network. You will partner with the Marketing Director to optimize campaigns, content, and customer experience, while supporting showroom traffic and sales activation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Communication, Dealer Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing or Dealer Network Development.
• Experience in automotive industry or dealer network is essential.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate national digital communication plan across the dealer network.
• Lead brand content strategy development and implementation.
• Monitor media performance with PR and track KPIs like traffic, leads and ROI.
• Define Dealer Marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Support dealerships in local marketing plans and best practices.
• Develop campaigns to drive showroom traffic and conversion rates.
• Oversee budget management and dealer co-op programs.
• Ensure Geely visual identity and brand standards across locations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Communications, PR and CX teams.
