Job summary

The role emphasizes mentoring, data center excellence, and technical leadership in Windows and Linux environments with scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash, and IPMI tooling.

We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our advanced infrastructure operations team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth data center operations, mentoring technicians, and maintaining system excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, network, and OS-related issues.
• Manage server upgrades, rebuilds, and automated provisioning processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and process improvements.

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in server hardware, system diagnostics, and IPMI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Understanding of network troubleshooting (Layer 1–3).
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Server+ (preferred).
