Cushman & Wakefield in Neuilly-sur-Seine is seeking a Data & Transformation Project Manager, EMEA, to lead cross-functional initiatives across Research, BI, and Data Operations. You will drive data capability improvements and oversee tools, processes, and data quality across Europe.
Reporting to the Head of Data Operations EMEA, you will manage change, communicate progress to senior stakeholders, and foster adoption of AI‑enabled solutions across France and the broader region.

Location: Neuilly sur Seine
Reporting to the Head of Data Operations EMEA, you will contribute to the transformation and enhancement of the Group's real estate data capabilities across Europe. You will lead cross‑functional projects involving Research, Business Intelligence, Data Operations, and various Cushman & Wakefield business lines. In a context of innovation and accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence, you will play a key role in improving tools, processes, and data quality across the full data lifecycle – from data entry and capture, through reporting, to how business teams consume and act on data.
Acting as a key liaison between real‑estate business teams and Data teams, you will drive both the technical and human sides of transformation: designing better data processes and tools, and ensuring their successful adoption across the organization through structured change management.
