AD Education seeks a Data Transformation Lead to drive strategic data projects across the Group, coordinating business departments, technical teams and external partners in an international, multi-brand setting. You will partner with the IT Department to ensure robust, secure data infrastructure while controlling costs.
You will define the data roadmap, establish governance, and monitor progress with regular updates to governance bodies and the Executive Committee.
Reporting to the Chief Integration and Transformation Officer, the role leads strategic Data projects across the Group, with the aim of making data a driver of performance, management and value creation for the business functions.
In an international, multi-entity and multi-brand environment, the role contributes to structuring the Group’s Data capabilities by leading high-impact transformation projects, supporting business functions in the use of data and laying the foundations for sustainable Data governance.
Acting as a true orchestrator, the Data Transformation Lead coordinates business departments, support functions, technical teams and external partners to ensure the management, delivery and success of projects. The role involves regular interaction with the Executive Committee and the various governance bodies to align Data initiatives with the Group’s strategic priorities. Together with the IT Department, the Data Transformation Lead ensures that the Group’s data infrastructure is sufficiently robust and secure, while keeping costs under control.
Reporting to the Transformation Department, the Data Transformation Lead operates across the Group in an international, multi-brand and multi-entity environment.
The role requires a strong ability to influence, coordinate and align stakeholders with differing challenges, priorities and levels of maturity. It involves regular interaction with the Executive Committee, business departments, support functions, the IT Department, external partners and the Group’s French and international teams.
Occasional travel to Italy, Spain, the UK or Germany is required
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with international teams and the Group’s various European entities
