Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a motivated data intern to join our expanding Data team at our Castres site. You will contribute to digitizing data flows, standardizing Master Data, and building dashboards with Tableau and Power BI to support Supply & Demand and Quality teams.

The role offers hands-on experience in data governance, visualization, and analytics within a leading dermo-cosmetics company, starting January 2027 and including an attractive stipend and occasional remote work.

Formación

• Master or engineering degree in Data, IT, or related field.
• Advanced Python skills and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with Agile and data governance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in projects digitizing data flows and mastering Master Data.
• Lead the digitalization of the PIC process.
• Contribute to data reliability and structuring with operations teams.

Your mission / Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Sous la responsabilité administrative du responsable S&OP long terme et la responsabilité technique d'un Data Analyst de l'équipe, vous contribuerez à la fois à des projets structurants et à des sujets opérationnels du quotidien.

Vos principales missions seront :

• Participer aux projets de digitalisation des flux et de maîtrise des Master Data.


• Projet principal : digitalisation du processus PIC


• Contribuer, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles, à la fiabilisation et à la structuration des données


• Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus existants


• Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers (Supply, Demand, Qualité, etc.)


• Fournir un soutien analytique et accompagner la visualisation de la donnée (rapports, vues, indicateurs)


• Créer et déployer des dashboards et reportings opérationnels, ainsi que des outils d'Assurance Qualité des Données (AQD)


• Rédiger les cahiers des charges et spécifications, puis implémenter les solutions retenues


• Soutenir les activités Data des branches médicales et cosmétiques du service


• Accompagner les équipes Supply & Demand sur leurs besoins en données


• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la responsable S&OP long terme

Le stage se déroulera sur notre site Péraudel, à Castres (81) et débutera à partir de janvier 2027.

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs.

• Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en Master ou école d'ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en Data, informatique ou domaine équivalent.


• Maîtrise avancée du pack Office


• Connaissances, même partielles, sur plusieurs des outils/langages suivants : Python, C++, Visual Basic, Access, SAP, Alteryx, et tout particulièrement Tableau et Power BI pour la visualisation de données


• Notions en machine learning, deep learning, et idéalement en IA générative (un plus apprécié)


• Familiarité avec la méthodologie Agile, ou envie de la pratiquer


• Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : Rigueur et culture du résultat Autonomie, flexibilité et goût pour le travail en équipe Curiosité, envie d'apprendre et intérêt marqué pour l'univers de la Data
