Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is offering a data/ Supply Chain internship at our Lavaur site, focusing on forecasting, order management, and regulatory data processes. You will work with the International Strategic Partnership Supply & Regulatory team to automate data flows and support tool enhancement.

The role targets a BAC+5 student in Engineering/Business with a data/supply chain focus and requires familiarity with data tools.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 student in engineering or business school with data/supply chain specialization.
• Familiar with data tools and process improvement methods.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the Continuous Improvement roadmap for Supply Chain & Regulatory.
• Propose and help validate data architecture and data sources for relevant processes.
• Assist with testing, deployment and rollout of the developed data solutions.

Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous serez rattachez à la Business Unit Internationale - International Strategic Partnership Supply & Regulatory. Vous accompagnerez le manager et l’équipe dans le déploiement de la feuille de route Amélioration continue du service Supply Chain & Regulatory (Forecast Management, Order Management, enregistrement des produits dans les pays). Vous automatiserez techniquement l’alimentation de certains processus/outils du périmètre. Par exemple, la cohérence prévisions/commandes, estimation atterrissage annuel chiffre d’affaires, … Vos missions seront : Participer au cadrage du sujet en en cernant les enjeux, le contexte, les gains attendus, le(s) livrable(s), la etc… Proposer une architecture data technique : quelles données? quelles sources de données? Quelle fréquence de mise à jour? etc… Validerez la solution technique. Développer en utilisant les outils Groupe Tester, recetter Déployer la solution obtenue auprès de l’équipe et des personnes/services concernés.

Le stage se déroulera sur notre site des Cauquillous, à Lavaur (81), à 30 minutes de Toulouse et débutera à partir de janvier 2027.

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs. Nous recherchons un étudiant de niveau BAC+5, en école d'Ingénieur / Ecole de commerce, avec une spécialisation Data/Supply Chain.

Compétences requises

• Vous maitrisez les outils de préparation et visualisation de données tels qu'Alteryx ou Power BI.
• Vous possédez une bonne connaissance en gestion de projet que vous avez déjà exercer au cours d'une expérience professionnelle.
• Vous connaissez la Supply Chain et ses activités socles.
