Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in dermo-cosmetics, seeks a Bac+5 student for Regulatory Affairs/Data role at the Langlade site in Toulouse. You will help transform regulatory tools and data practices within a 15‑person team, contributing to data governance and dashboard reporting.

Extended internship with potential telework one day per week after the first month; attractive stipend and company restaurant available.

Qualifications

• Student with Bac+5 in Regulatory Affairs and/or Data.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
• Rigour, organisation, analytical and synthesis mindset.
• Autonomy, curiosity and good interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementing RegulatoryOne tool.
• Manage regulatory databases: update, structure, validate data.
• Data analysis & reporting: create dashboards (RegulatoryOne/Power BI/Excel).
• Support data governance within AR teams and data processes.
• Participate in release management projects.

Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. Intégré au sein de la Business Unit Dermo Cosmetic, et rattaché au sein des Affaires Règlementaires DCPC, vous rejoignez une équipe de 15 collaborateurs, vous avez pour mission de participer à la transformation digitale des outils règlementaires cosmétiques et Compléments Alimentaires.

Dans le cadre de votre stage, vos missions seront :

• Contribuer à l’implémentation de l’outil RegulatoryOne
• Gestion de bases de données réglementaires : mise à jour, structuration et fiabilisation des données
• Analyse de données & reporting : création de tableaux de bord (RegulatoryOne /Power BI/Excel) pour le suivi des indicateurs réglementaires.
• Contribuer à la Data Gouvernance au sein des équipes AR : Mise en place d’un process de gestion data issu de l’outil RegulatoryOne
• Participer aux projets de release management

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs. Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) de formation Bac+5 en Affaires Réglementaires et/ou Data Intérêt marqué pour la réglementation et la data. Maîtrise d'Excel; connaissance de Power BI Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Autonomie, curiosité et bon relationnel pour travailler en transverse.
