Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceutical science, offers an internship starting January 2027 at their Langlade site in Toulouse (31). You will build operational reports from Groupe data, transform raw data into actionable insights, and support decision-making across departments.

We seek a Master 2 student in Data/SI with teamwork spirit, synthesis ability, and pragmatism.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Master 2 degree in Data/IS (Data/SI).
• Ability to work in a team and synthesize information.
• Demonstrates pragmatism and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings to clarify specific needs.
• Build operational reporting from existing Groupe tools to turn raw data into insights.
• Develop intuitive dashboards aligned with business needs and user interfaces.
• Collect data and link them with ERP, SMQ, GED sources.
• Contribute to communication and user adoption of analyses.

Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Vous construirez des Reporting Opérationnels à partir d’outils Groupe existants recensant les données Qualité Matières Premières pour la transformation de ces données brutes en insights précieux (tableaux de bord).

Ces Reporting Opérationnels ont pour objectif de faciliter le travail des équipes opérationnelles et d’éclairer les décisions.

Pour cela nous vous proposons d’intégrer une équipe dynamique au sein du service Homologation et Qualité Matières - Direction Qualité Operations Opérations.

Au sein de notre service, vous serez amené à interagir avec divers départements, favorisant ainsi une vision globale et intégrée de l’entreprise.

Vos missions

Dans le cadre de ce stage, vos missions seront :

• Participer aux réunions projets afin de clarifier les besoins spécifiques
• Construire des Bilan Data
• Réaliser le développement de rapports/ tableaux de bord intuitifs, en vous appuyant sur les besoins des métier(s) en interface
• Collecter les données et construirez les liens avec les différentes sources de données (ERP, SMQ, GED ... )
• Construire les liens
• Contribuer à la communication et à l’acculturation des utilisateurs aux analyses développées.
