Job summary

Ubisoft invites applications for a Data Governance Project Manager Assistant internship (6 months) at its International Headquarters. Work within the Data Office to support governance, security and regulatory compliance while learning through hands-on projects.

You will collaborate with Data Platform, Architects and business teams to implement standards, develop skills and advance Ubisoft data capabilities across pillars.

Qualifications

• Ongoing Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiar with data, business analyst or project manager expertise.
• Appetite in leading, coordinating and delivering projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Appetite for learning the value of Data Governance within a company.
• Critical & analytical thinking
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, planning, executing and monitoring Data Governance initiatives.
• Participate in analyzing business & technology needs and help identify standards and solutions.
• Familiarize with Data Domain products and underlying data assets across Ubisoft.
• Learn and contribute to Data Protection initiatives (Data Access Mgmt. & Regulatory Compliance).
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Architects to promote internal standards for Data Product design.
• Grow data teams' skills and awareness about Data Governance through events, mentoring and culture.
• Track and report progress and improve the governance framework.
• Stay up to date on data industry trends and share them across the data department.
• Create a network of support and expertise.
