Job summary

Ubisoft International Headquarters is seeking a Data Governance Standards Specialist to join the Ubisoft Data Office. You will lead governance initiatives, shape the governance framework, and ensure data protection and regulatory compliance across data assets and products.

You will partner with business and technology teams to apply standards, drive data governance by design, and promote a data-aware culture across Ubisoft’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Confirmedexperience as a data expert, business analyst or hands-on project manager.
• Experience in leading, coordinating and delivering projects composed of cross-functional moving parts and across multiple business and technology teams.
• Experience in data governance and data protection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor Data Governance initiatives and sub-streams of work.
• Define and improve the Data Governance Framework and operating model.
• Assess business & technology needs from a Data Governance perspective and implement standards and solutions.
• Coordinate actions with Data Domain teams to apply governance across assets.
• Promote Data Governance by default and drive change with partners.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define internal standards for Data Product design and development.
