Job summary

Forvia’s Data Governance team in Paris seeks a Data Engineer apprentice to support data integration, platform operations and governance initiatives.

You will design pipelines, ensure data quality and collaborate with IT and business teams, leveraging Palantir and big data tech as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in building data models, data mining & segmentation.
• Good knowledge of Big data eco systems (Spark & Hadoop).
• Good knowledge of python and governance Data.
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases.
• Knowledge of Palantir is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Frensh.
• Good logical & analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines, particularly within Palantir and MS fabric
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
• Contribute to the development of applications and tools supporting the Data Governance network

The Data Governance team, part of the Data Office at Forvia, plays a key role in supporting the company’s transformation into a data-driven enterprise. The team is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong data governance practices across multiple data platforms, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility to support business performance.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
