Forvia is seeking an experienced production leader in Nogent-sur-Vernisson to ensure alignment with production schedules and financial targets. You will lead the UAP team, drive cost control and productivity improvements, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, high autonomy, and fluency in English and French, with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations or a production environment.

Main Responsibilities

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production schedules and Group standard processes; enable the achievement of production plans.
• Achieve financial objectives: prepare and present the UAP budget; manage actual production costs based on the "ideal" cost model; maintain product margins and monitor serial production productivity (workforce levels, material consumption, etc.).
• Manage the UAP team: ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain a work environment compliant with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, identify training needs and recommend development actions, promote information sharing and transparency, participate in career management initiatives, etc.
