Faurecia in Paris is looking for a Project Support Intern to assist project managers with coordination and follow-up on ongoing projects. This role requires effective communication and analytical skills, as well as a strong interest in project management.

The ideal candidate will be a student from an engineering or business school, fluent in English, and ready to take ownership of responsibilities. The internship offers €1300 - €1700 per month, with lots of learning opportunities in a multinational environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Manager in the coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects.

• Manage and follow up on specific actions or workstreams.
• Take ownership of certain tasks or projects, ensuring end-to-end follow-up.
• Interact with customers through dedicated portals.
• Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the monitoring of project KPIs, with a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
• Manage and follow up on specific actions or workstreams with increasing autonomy, depending on experience.
• Take ownership of certain tasks or projects, ensuring end-to-end follow-up and delivery.
• Interact with customers through dedicated portals and support related activities.
• Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project and quality processes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Student in engineering or business school, with a strong interest in project management
• Interest in the automotive or industrial sector is a plus.
• Motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong interest in quality topics within a project management environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
