Faurecia is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to oversee the plant's production control and logistics activities in line with PC&L strategy. You will lead a team responsible for customer management, deliveries, production planning, and internal/external flows, driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes adherence to standard processes and the department budget while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Formación

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management preferred, Bachelor's degree minimum.
• At least 5 years in production control and logistics, preferably automotive.
• Experience in operations, including safety and quality basics.
• Proficient in English; strong leadership and communication skills.

As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education Level

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics

Skills And Competencies

• Minimum English language required

• Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
• Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles

• Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing
