Job summary

Ubisoft in Saint-Mandé is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights across our games and User Acquisition activities. You will guide analytics, manage data quality, and mentor a diverse team, while promoting a data-driven culture across the studio.

You will work under the Technical Director, collaborating with game teams, UA, Monetization, SDK, and Data Engineering to deliver strategic analyses and scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Autonomous and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to go beyond core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics activity and define the analytics roadmap.
• Oversee production of relevant and actionable analyses for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and optimize data flows.
• Automate key dashboards and reports; ensure accuracy of visualizations.
• Promote a data-driven culture and train operating teams on data tools.
• Collaborate with multiple Ubisoft data teams to align best practices.
