Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a Design Manager to lead end-to-end data centre design delivery within our regional organisation.

You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, govern design standards, and interface with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes. The role requires a strong background in CSA/MEPH and experience with gating processes, BIM/Revit, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

Strong data centre design experience or highly serviced building design within mission critical sector.
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across CSA and MEPH scopes.
Familiarity with design governance and gating processes in Owner Operator environments.

Responsabilités

Lead project set‑up and end‑to‑end design delivery for data centre projects.
Coordinate and manage multi‑disciplinary consultant teams across CSA and/or MEPH scopes.
Implement and govern Design Engineering Guidelines (DEG) and standardised design solutions.
Own design governance through gating processes, including PID preparation and G0/G1 meetings.
Control and report on project cost and schedule with Delivery teams.
Oversee change control activities including budgets, contracts and invoices.
Provide technical leadership, resolve RFIs and manage submittals to close‑out.
Co‑manage commissioning activities and IST to support handover.
Produce monthly project reporting and pipeline metrics.
Champion buildability, safety and quality by design throughout lifecycle.
