Responsabilités

• Act as central coordination point for strategic initiatives and executive communications.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and budget forecasts; deliver executive reporting packages.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, PMO, Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries on performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Monitor milestones, action plans, governance meetings, and decision trackers.

Description du poste

• Act as the central point of coordination for strategic initiatives, business performance reviews, and executive communications across the European Data Center organization
• Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic reviews, budget forecasts, and executive reporting packages
• Consolidate business inputs from Sales, PMO, Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations into accurate management reports
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries covering performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives aligned with leadership priorities and business objectives
• Monitor project milestones, action plans, governance meetings, and decision trackers
• Consolidate and analyze KPIs including Orders, Sales, Pipeline, and operational performance metrics
• Design and maintain management dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Support business growth initiatives, special projects, and strategic planning by preparing business cases and leadership reviews

Requirements

• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills, with ability to create executive-level, visually compelling business reports
• Strong written and verbal storytelling and executive communication capabilities
• Advanced analytical skills
• Expertise in Excel and business performance analysis
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations
