Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking a data-driven management control professional to ensure reliable financial and operational data for Transport CEE operations. You will build dashboards and KPIs, analyze variances, and support decision making.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven performance monitoring. This position is based on site in France.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management Control, Finance, Data Analysis or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in management control, data analysis or performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA or other data visualization tools is a strong asset.

• Ensure the reliability, consistency and relevance of financial and operational data required to manage Transport CEE operations.
• Analyze results, performance indicators and variances to identify improvement levers and support decision‑making.
• Build and evolve dashboards, reports and KPIs to optimize monitoring of operational and financial performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, the automation of analyses and the quality of databases.
• Support operational managers in monitoring their activity, managing cash and ensuring compliance with the financial terms of our contracts.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Data Analysis, Business Analytics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in management control, data analysis or performance management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA or other data visualization tools is a strong asset
