Jobtailor is seeking a senior Data Architect to define and maintain enterprise data architecture, governance, and cloud analytics strategy. You will collaborate with IS and business leaders to align data initiatives with corporate objectives, design scalable data platforms, and ensure data quality and security across the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include governance oversight, data model design, and implementation of Azure-based data solutions, leveraging MDM, Lakes, Warehouses, and BI

Description du poste

• Define, implement and maintain the data architecture in alignment with the overall IS architecture, data governance principles and DBV standards
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards and frameworks
• Collaborate with IS teams and business leaders to define the company's data strategy
• Create and maintain architecture documentation and system maps
• Define and maintain rules, policies and standards related to data availability, integrity, confidentiality, traceability and storage
• Ensure that the data architecture is compliant, performant, sustainable and aligned with business needs
• Establish and oversee data governance, particularly data quality, data stewardship and data lineage
• Coordinate Data teams and ensure the implementation of appropriate governance
• Contribute to technology decisions related to the data lifecycle
• Select, implement and maintain storage solutions, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Cloud platforms
• Design, implement, oversee and maintain the data integration platform
• Design, develop, oversee and maintain the Master Data Management (MDM) solution
• Maintain continuous technology watch

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Data, Information Systems or Engineering (Master's degree / Engineering School / University)
• Significant experience in Data Architecture, data governance and implementation of Cloud analytics platforms
• Experience designing and deploying Data solutions in Azure / Microsoft Fabric environments
• Experience managing cross-functional Data projects and coordinating business and IT teams
• Strong understanding of data quality, security, compliance and data lifecycle management challenges
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical and physical)
• Advanced expertise in MDM solutions, data catalogs and/or metadata governance tools
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI, pipelines and notebooks
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, data integration and data ingestion (ETL/ELT, APIs, SFTP, Blob Storage)
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud architecture: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure AD
• Knowledge of RBAC, RLS, traceability and data quality management
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and BI / Data Visualization tools
• Knowledge of DevOps / DataOps best practices and CI/CD
• Experience in regulated industries with complex compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of Finance processes
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing use cases
• Ability to translate business needs into sustainable, secure and governed Data solutions
