Magellan seeks an experienced Azure Data Architect to lead data architectures on Azure, Fabric, Power BI and SQL Server for projects in IoT, Industry 4.0 and AI.

You will design and develop data platforms (Datamarts, Data Warehouse, Data Lake), model ingestion, deploy BI solutions and coach teams in architectural best practices.

Based in Clermont-Ferrand, you will collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Data & BI architecture on the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server) supports innovative projects (IoT, Industry 4.0, AI). This role is aimed at an experienced Azure Data Architect.

YOUR MISSIONS

• As an Azure Data Architect (M/F), you work on projects that challenge your experience with data systems and your expertise in modern BI and cloud.
• Support our clients in their data management strategy.
• Recommend complex architectures to address business challenges or requirements.
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops.
• Define and improve standards, architecture patterns and the service catalogue.
• Draft functional and technical specifications.
• Design and develop data platforms (Datamarts, Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
• Model and deploy data ingestion solutions.
• Implement BI reporting tools.
• Prepare and deliver BI training sessions and coaching in the workplace.
• Supervise and support our teams in the delivery of our projects.
