Job summary

Back Market in Bordeaux, France, invites a motivated student to join the Customer Care data team as an intern for 6 months starting January 2027. You’ll support operations for Customer Care, Shipping & Seller Quality teams, and work on data collection, cleaning, and reporting.

You’ll leverage SQL, Google Sheets, and Tableau to monitor metrics like Contact Rate, On Time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and help build self-serve dashboards

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics, visualization and modeling skills.
• Experience with SQL and Google Sheets; Tableau or DBT is a plus.
• Fluent communication to present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage diverse datasets to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and optimise shipping performance.
• Conduct focused analyses on customer experience initiatives and how operational decisions impact performance.
• Assist with data requests and reporting for stakeholders and track key metrics (Contact Rate, On Time Delivery, CSAT).
• Maintain monitoring tools by updating Tableau dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
