Back Market is seeking a Customer Journey & App Analytics Apprentice in Bordeaux to join the Data Division. You will work with Product, Tech, UX and Business teams to analyze customer behavior, support experimentation, and turn data into actionable insights.

Starting January 2027 for 12 months (24 months discussed), location Bordeaux, you must be enrolled in a French work‑study program. You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze journeys through web and mobile, support A/B tests, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in data analytics, data science, economics, engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write and optimize analytical queries.
• Interest in customer behavior, product analytics, experimentation and digital products.

Responsabilités

• Support analysis of customer journeys across Back Market’s website and mobile apps from discovery to after-sales.
• Contribute to the planning and analysis of Customer Journey experiments, including A/B tests.
• Formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.
