Back Market is offering an internship on the Customer Care team to support operations for Customer Care, Shipping, and Seller Quality. You will work with diverse datasets, update Tableau dashboards, and conduct analyses to improve customer satisfaction and shipping performance.

Qualifications

• Studying for Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management or STEM with data specialization.
• Strong data analytics, visualization, and modeling skills.
• Experience with SQL and Google Sheets; Tableau or DBT is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Leverage diverse datasets to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and optimise shipping performance.
• Conduct focused analyses on customer experience initiatives and how operational decisions impact performance.
• Assist with data requests and reporting for stakeholders, tracking key metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets for data accuracy.
• Work with analytics engineers to enable greater self-service across the stakeholder community.
• Develop use of LLMs & AI to capture the voice of customers and gain insights.
