The P&C Operations team plays a key role in supporting SCOR’s Property & Casualty business by driving operational efficiency, data quality, and analytics capabilities across underwriting and support functions.
As a Data Analyst Alternance within the P&C Operations team, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of data-driven solutions that support operational processes and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
- Design visualizations and KPIs to support management reporting and operational monitoring.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Participate in dashboard testing, validation, and user support activities.
- Data Analysis & Data Management:
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL in Databricks.
- Investigate data quality issues and propose corrective actions.
- AI & Prompt Engineering Responsibilities:
- Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-powered assistants and Copilot agents for business users.
- Create, refine, and optimize prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
- Participate in user testing and validation of AI agent responses to ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities to enhance agent performance and user experience.
- Process Automation:
- Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and AI Prompts in copilot.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and process optimization.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting capabilities and operational processes.
- Participate in documentation, knowledge-sharing, and process standardization activities.
Qualifications
- Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Power BI
- Data Extraction & Querying: SQL
- Automation & Workflow: Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot for data and reporting tasks
- Programming Languages: Python
- Advanced Excel Skills: Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis
- AI-Powered Productivity Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, or similar AI platforms is an advantage.
Required Education
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Engineering, and seeking an apprenticeship contract (alternance) for 12 to 24 months.
- Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, process automation, and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred. Exposure to Python, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, or AI technologies would be a strong advantage.
