Job summary

Coface in France seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst within the GRPM department to collaborate with Information, underwriting, Claims and IT to deliver reporting, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions. You will analyze results and ensure data quality while working with IT to design and implement solutions according to business needs.

Role requires strong English, analytical mindset and the ability to train users on deployed tools in a hybrid work setting with remote days and equipment

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Data and Risk management.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis tools (Python for data pipelines, analysis and visualization).
• Experience with MongoDB, SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Business Objects).
• Analytical mindset with result orientation and reliability.
• Good communication skills and teamwork while respecting confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand needs and propose adapted solutions (Reporting / ML / AI models).
• Analyze and present results clearly.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions with IT teams.
• Plan, design and run studies based on business needs.
• Ensure data quality and update reports/models used for process monitoring.
• Improve existing reports for better understanding and usage.
• Provide training and assistance to users of deployed solutions.
