Sogeti, part of Capgemini, seeks an experienced Data & AI pre-sales / solution architect to collaborate with sales teams, understand client challenges, and design end-to-end data architectures.

You will scope and present customized proposals, support the full sales cycle with technical discussions, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business goals. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Information Technology or similar
• 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics or BI
• Min. 3 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting or Solution Architecture
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and ecosystems
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions delivering value
• Excellent client-facing skills across technical to executive levels
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to build trusted advisor relationships
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset; identify opportunities and propose innovative approaches
• Fluency in French and English is required

Responsabilités

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client business challenges, assess data maturity and identify suitable Data & AI solutions
• Design end-to-end data architectures combining proven methodologies and emerging technologies
• Scope, draft and present customized technical and business proposals, highlighting the value of data-driven transformation
• Support the entire sales cycle through client presentations, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, technical discussions and proposal defense
• Advise clients on building scalable, secure and governed data foundations enabling AI adoption while ensuring compliance and business alignment
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the Data & AI service portfolio, aligning with market trends and client expectations
• Collaborate with delivery teams, data architects and subject matter experts to ensure feasibility and project transitions
• Stay up to date with the latest trends
