Capgemini is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and maintain data architectures and lead AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and over 10 years of experience in data architecture roles, with strong expertise in cloud platforms and data governance. Fluency in both French and English is required. YOUR ROLE

• Design and maintenance of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse) aligned with business needs.
• Development and optimization of data pipelines and modern data formats (e.g. Parquet).
• Leadership on cloud-based data and AI solutions (Azure, AWS, OVH).
• Design and integration of AI / GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
• AI model evaluation (performance, bias, quality).
• Implementation of MLOps / LLMOps and CI/CD practices.
• Enforcement of data governance, security, lineage, and compliance (GDPR).
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders with clear documentation and communication.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in data or architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI / Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and in English.
