Pernod Ricard in Paris is seeking a Data & AI Intern for a 6-month internship from January to June 2027. You will join the Data & AI team to contribute to ML and optimization models, including Generative AI components for our digital products.

You should master Python and OO programming, have a solid grounding in data science and ML, and be familiar with ETL/SQL. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master/Bachelor in CS/Math/Engineering with an internship agreement.
• Strong Python and OO programming foundations.
• Solid grounding in data science, ML concepts and data management.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development of data science program components from ML to Generative AI.
• Maintain and retrain models, monitor drift, latency and cost in production.
• Support MLOps/LLMOps practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with deployment managers and cross-functional teams.
