Pernod Ricard is seeking a Data & AI Intern for 6 months in Paris, based at the Island office near Saint Lazare. You will help develop the program's algorithmic components, from traditional ML to Generative AI, and maintain ML models in production.

You will also contribute to responsible AI practices, model evaluation, and educating deployment teams about AI concepts in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in data science and ML concepts.
• Experience with ETL, APIs and data storage concepts (SQL).
• Exposure to DL frameworks or LLM tooling is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop programmatic building blocks for ML/optimization and Generative AI components.
• Maintain and retrain models; monitor data drift, performance, latency and cost in production (MLOps/LLMOps).
• Advocate data science and AI concepts to deployment teams.
• Design and run evaluation of AI systems; document failure modes before deployment.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices: data/prompts traceability and model documentation.
