Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Data & AI Intern for a 6‑month assignment based in Paris. You will contribute to the technical implementation of key data science programs, develop ML and optimization models, and help maintain production systems in the Data & AI team.

You will work on Generative AI components, MLOps practices, and responsible AI initiatives, with exposure to cloud data platforms and production pipelines. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and OO programming foundations.
• Solid grounding in Data Science and ML concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL, API, and SQL concepts.
• Exposure to DL frameworks and LLM tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithmic building blocks spanning ML to Generative AI.
• Maintain and retrain existing models; monitor data drift and costs.
• Evaluate AI systems with benchmarks and document failure modes.
• Promote responsible AI and align with policy and governance.
