Pernod Ricard SA is seeking a Data & AI Intern for 6 months in Paris. You will contribute to the program’s algorithmic building blocks, from classical ML to Generative AI, and help maintain models in production, with a focus on MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance.

You will master Python, ML fundamentals, and data management concepts, while exploring PyTorch, Hugging Face and LangChain. Fluency in English is required and you will join an international team in central Paris.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python, ML fundamentals and data management concepts (ETL, API, SQL).
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks and LLM tooling is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and deploying models to production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop algorithmic building blocks for ML/optimization models and Generative AI components.
• Maintain and retrain models; monitor data drift, performance, latency and cost in production (MLOps/LLMOps).
• evangelize data science concepts to deployment teams and design AI evaluation benchmarks.
