Red Alert Labs Limited is seeking a Project Manager as a full-time subcontractor/freelancer to guide each engagement from kick-off to go-live, translating customer requirements into a practical deployment.

You will work with cybersecurity standards engineers, software engineers, AI and product teams to configure the platform, manage scope and deliver documentation and training to customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer-facing project management experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS deployments from contract to go-live.
• Strong background in cybersecurity conformity and certification.
• Familiarity with ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443, CRA, EN 18031.
• Ability to formalise processes for platform configuration.

Responsabilités

• Lead SaaS customer projects end to end from kick-off to go-live.
• Run workshops to capture certification scope and processes.
• Translate requirements into deployment specifications and configurations.
• Coordinate with engineers, product management and cybersecurity specialists.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and training.
• Improve deployment playbook and reusable content.
