L’Oréal, a global leader in beauty tech, seeks a Cybersecurity Manager for Data & AI based in Saint-Ouen to secure our data platforms and drive risk-aware innovation. You’ll implement governance, manage third-party security, and lead security awareness across a dynamic, international team.

You will oversee risk management, incident response coordination with CSIRT, and ensure security in projects from ideation to deployment, leveraging GDPR compliance and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience in similar roles.
• Strong IT security background with GDPR knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and third-party security management.
• Fluent English; security certifications like CISM/CISSP are a plus.
• Rigorous, organized, and curious approach.

Responsabilités

• Define and enforce information security governance across the scope.
• Ensure integration of security in projects with business and IT teams.
• Follow up on third-party cybersecurity risk management.
• Identify and mitigate information security risks throughout asset lifecycles.
• Manage security exceptions and document risk acceptance.
• Oversee threat and vulnerability management and remediation.
• Coordinate prompt incident response with CSIRT.
• Design and lead cybersecurity awareness sessions.
