L’Oréal is seeking a senior cyber risk leader to architect and drive the global cyber risk management program, based in Saint‑Ouen (93) with regular Paris area meetings. You will bridge technical posture and business impact, define risk appetite, and deliver KRIs and heatmaps to guide strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of experts, collaborate with stakeholders across the Group, and align GRC initiatives with regulatory requirements while communicating in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in GRC with cybersecurity risk management.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, NIS2 and CRA.
• Ability to communicate risk credibly to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English and French, with international stakeholder exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global cyber risk management team and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Define and operationalize the Group’s cyber risk appetite statements.
• Design and deploy KRIs and global cyber heatmaps to monitor risk.
• Harmonize CSRM processes through a One CSRM program worldwide.
• Oversee Third‑Party Cyber Risk Management and CIP initiatives.
