EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY is seeking an experienced Cyber Security and INFOSEC Manager to lead governance, audits and accreditation activities for ESA corporate and directorate systems. You will coordinate a dedicated team and work with international stakeholders to ensure robust information protection and compliance across the agency.

The role requires deep expertise in cyber security policy, risk management and system certification, with strong leadership and collaboration capabilities across

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science or cyber security; 4 years of relevant professional experience, or Bachelor's with 4 more years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of high-security assurance requirements for classified systems and programmes.
• Experience as a security certifier or accreditor for complex systems.
• Knowledge of ESA and EU accreditation processes.
• Knowledge and application of cyber security standards and risk management frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage all ESA corporate and directorate cyber security audits.
• Review and update the ESA Cyber Security Policy periodically.
• Lead ESA-wide implementation of security regulations and directives across IT and communications.
• Oversee information protection policy and directive compliance.
• Deliver cyber security governance audits, technical assessments, and certification activities for networks and applications.
