Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support electrical systems ATA24/ATA33-4x and manage AOG situations for Airbus commercial customers. You will answer technical queries, coordinate with CCC, and represent Airbus to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical and/or Electrical engineering degree is required.
• Experience and/or knowledge on aircraft electrical systems (ATA24/ATA33-4x) with at least 5 years in the mentioned chapters.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) with good presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the in-service engineer specialist on ATA24/ATA33-4x.
• Answer daily engineering queries related to electrical systems and exterior lights for Airbus programs.
• Manage AOG situations and standby duties in coordination with the CCC.
