Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse is seeking a Full Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician (f/m) to join the Training Devices Maintenance & Support team. You will ensure operation and maintenance of training devices and support flight simulation sessions, contributing to reliability and safety.

The role requires a Bac+2/3 in Aeronautics, IT or automatism and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Windows Server and Linux, and willingness to work a shifted schedule.

Qualifications

• Bac+2/+3 in Aeronautics, IT or automatism required.
• 3–5 years of Flight Simulator experience is appreciated.
• Experience with IT and flight systems knowledge is a plus.
• English level is intermediate.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operation and maintenance of Training Devices to meet reliability and MTBF standards.
• Perform troubleshooting interventions (IT and electronics) following device failures or instructor requests.
• Provide technical troubleshooting outside Airbus working hours when needed.
• Support training sessions and generate efficient reports to other teams and managers.
• Maintain training centre operation continuity outside normal hours when the Team Leader is absent.

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Full Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician (f/m) to join our Training Devices Maintenance & Support department in one of the five simulator technician team based in Toulouse, France. Your challenges:

• Ensuring the operation and the maintenance tasks of the Training Devices in order to keep a level of reliability and MTBF requested by Airbus training and autorities standards
• Being accountable for the high quality level and timely actions when performing simulator trouble-shooting interventions ( IT and electronics ) following devices failures or instructors request
• Being accountable for providing technical troubleshooting outside Airbus working hours and therefore without immediate supervision
• Participating to the technical support and follow-up of the training sessions and provides efficient reports to others teams and managers
• Ensuring the training centre operation continuity outside normal working hours whenever the Team Leader is absent
• Keeping the devices at the right level by performing some updates

Your boarding pass:

• Bac+2/+3 in Aeronautics, IT or automatism (or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experiences in Flight Simulator must be appreciated
• Experience in network, Windows Server, Linux knowledge and/or Knowledge of Airbus aircraft flight systems.
• Understand customer needs, English intermediate Level.
• Ability to work on specific shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night & 2/5 weekends) (35% pay bonus)
