StrangeBee in Paris or Barcelona is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic, complex accounts in security software. You’ll work with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering to ensure customers gain real, lasting value from TheHive, driving retention and expansion.
Based in Paris or Barcelona, this permanent role offers 65,000–80,000 EUR gross per year plus 10% variable. Requires 3–5+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles and fluent French and English; you’ll onboard
StrangeBee started in 2018 with a simple idea from the creators of TheHive and Cortex: give security teams open tools that actually help them respond to incidents. Today, TheHive is used by thousands of security analysts in 43 countries. We’re a team of 90 people across Paris, Barcelona, the US and we’re growing the hive. Want to contribute?
Customer Centric: we build for real security teams facing real threats.
Quest for Excellence: “good enough” isn’t our standard.
Embrace Change: cyber moves fast, and so do we. If something could be better, say it.
One Team: trust, open communication and psychological safety, across titles and teams.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic and complex accounts and help scale our Customer Success organization. Based in Paris or Barcelona, you’ll be the trusted advisor of security teams (SOCs, CERTs, CSIRTs), working hand in hand with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering to make sure every customer gets real, lasting value from TheHive. As our customer base grows, this role is key to driving retention, expansion and the standards of our Customer Success practice.
