CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Business Solutions Manager to bridge customers, commercial teams, operations, and IT. You will design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions including web platforms, EDI, and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and performance.

You will guide projects from pre-sales to deployment and continuous improvement, educate teams on the digital ecosystem, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across international

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Global Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, customer-facing solutions, EDI, reporting tools, and TMS.
• Proven ability to manage projects and translate customer requirements into effective business solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, IT, and commercial teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance customer-facing business solutions including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Serve as trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote standard digital solutions during tenders and solution presentations.
• Lead implementation of business solutions for new and existing customers; coordinate EDI projects.
• Develop and configure customer reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
• Monitor solution performance and drive adoption during deployment and rollout.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain visibility and performance and drive customer growth.
