Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the smooth operation of the Customer Service department and ensure clear, effective communication with customers.

You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment, schedule inbound/outbound shipments, monitor sterilization schedules with Production, and prepare weekly and monthly operational reports while liaising with customers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Customer Relations, Business Administration, or Production Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order receipt to shipment and invoicing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, including laboratory reporting, and provide monthly forecasts.
