Jobgether, in partnership with a forward-looking client, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer based in France. This remote-first role blends software engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer success in a cloud environment.

You’ll work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and scale AI workloads, combining hands-on engineering with architecture guidance and enablement. You will collaborate with sales, support, product, and infrastructure to turn customer needs into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and model inference.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models as services or APIs.

Responsabilités

• Participate in customer and sales meetings with architectural guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide solutions.
• Investigate issues using logs, scripts, and metrics to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to deliver a seamless experience.
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials for customers.
