Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (Region Delivery) based in France to own end-to-end delivery of compute regions and GPU clusters, from kickoff to production readiness. You will coordinate across hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering teams, maintain schedules, and drive improvements in deployment workflows to ensure reliable, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects, engineering initiatives, or technical teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams simultaneously and drive alignment without formal management authority.
• Strong project delivery skills including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Calm, structured, and decisive when managing live deployments and blockers.
• Bias toward defined ownership, documented processes, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery of new compute regions and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
• Coordinate capacity acceptance, ensuring readiness before customer sign-off.
• Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, GPU and other teams.
• Act as escalation point during live deployments to resolve blockers.
• Drive alignment across engineering teams and maintain momentum without formal authority.
• Identify risks and blockers early and take decisive action to stay on track.
• Provide concise status communications with stakeholders and next steps.
• Improve deployment and acceptance workflows through automation.
• Develop and maintain documentation and operational standards.
• Ensure infrastructure meets operational and production-readiness expectations.
