Jobgether is listing a senior Data Scientist position in France on behalf of a partner. You will shape enterprise-wide data ecosystems, translate business needs into backlogs, and lead AI initiatives from strategy to delivery.

The role blends hands-on data science with product ownership, governance, and client advisory responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Proven experience designing or orchestrating agentic AI systems, generative AI solutions, or LLM apps.
• Strong product ownership mindset, translating business requirements into backlogs and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of data quality, lifecycle management, privacy, governance, and data stewardship.
• Ability to architect modular, scalable AI components across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and client-facing advisory skills for demonstrations and workshops.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities tied to business objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher for global stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, generative AI applications, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent autonomous systems.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into structured product backlogs, user stories, technical requirements, and execution roadmaps.
• Take ownership of Data & AI initiatives from strategic definition through architecture, development, implementation, and delivery.
• Design modular, scalable, and reusable Data and AI components for enterprise environments.
• Apply strong data stewardship practices covering data quality, lifecycle management, privacy, governance, security, and production readiness.
• Bridge business and technical requirements by collaborating closely with stakeholders, project managers, engineers, data professionals, and cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading demonstrations, architecture discussions, technical workshops, and high-level stakeholder conversations.
• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise data ecosystems and accelerate adoption of advanced AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery, helping teams make sound architectural decisions.
• Communicate complex Data & AI concepts clearly to diverse, multicultural stakeholders and align solutions with strategic outcomes.
