Job summary

Danone is seeking an intern for the Culture & Engagement team at the Paris headquarters starting January 2027, 6 months, on-site. You will work under the Global Culture Manager to develop the Culture Roadmap, analyze survey data, and build culture tools.

You will also help deploy the Employee Listening strategy, design surveys, and support with communications and community management. This paid internship offers remote work up to 2 days/week and transportation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• This internship requires enrolled Bac+4/5 students in a university, business school, or engineering school.
• Comfort with Excel and data analysis is expected.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with autonomy.
• Organized, rigorous, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Culture Development Roadmap for 2027.
• Analyze data from company surveys on culture and engagement.
• Create toolkits for Culture Development.
• Organize community meetings and internal communications.
• Assist in Master-Classes and Info Sessions preparation.
• Support Employee Listening survey design and implementation.
• Analyze survey results and generate actionable insights.
