Job summary

Danone, basé à Paris au siège, propose un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027 dans l'équipe Global Culture.

Vous contribuerez à la roadmap Culture 2027, analyserez les données des enquêtes internes et préparerez des outils et sessions internes.

Ce stage offre jusqu'à 2 jours de télétravail/semaine, remboursement des frais de transport et le restaurant d'entreprise.

Qualifications

• Niveau Bac+4/5 en université, école de commerce ou ingénierie.
• Maîtrise d'Excel et sens des concepts comptables et financiers.
• Organisé et autonome, capable de travailler avec différentes équipes.

Responsibilities

• Exécuter la feuille de route Culture 2027.
• Analyser les données Culture issues des enquêtes internes.
• Travailler sur la création d'outils (toolkits) pour le développement de la Culture.
• Organiser des Community Meetings et assurer la communication interne.
• Préparer les Master-Classes et sessions d'information.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Dinara Yarulina, Global Culture Manager in the Global Culture team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Execute Culture Development Roadmap 2027
• Analyse data on Culture from Company Surveys
• Work on creation of toolkits for Culture Development
• Organisation of Community Meetings and internal communication
• Help in preparation of Master-Classes and Info Sessions

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

• Up to 2 days/week of remote work

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
