Role Overview

Newrest is recruiting a Cuisinier en restauration collective H/F to work at an Etablissement scolaire located in Puy-en-Velay. The role reports to the Chef Gérant and involves production of cold and hot meals, ensuring quality and hygiene, managing costs and equipment, and customer relations. The position is full-time, CDI contract, 35H weekly, 800 covers.

Qualifications
