Genomines seeks a Technical Operations Coordinator to keep the CTO closely connected across R&D and Operations, acting as a trusted proxy and ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates. You will track key indicators, support regulatory and IP timelines, and travel to operational sites as needed.

A hands-on, individual-contributor role with no line authority, requiring cross-functional coordination and a track record supporting senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or biological/life sciences is a plus; but credibility comes from structured thinking and follow-through.
• 3+ years of experience in roles requiring cross-functional coordination, reporting, or direct support of a senior leader.
• Demonstrated track record coordinating across teams and reporting directly to a senior leader (program/project coordinator, operations coordinator, or executive support).
• Proven ability to act as connective tissue between teams without owning their work, and to act on someone else's behalf without overstepping.
• Background in deeptech, biotech, industrial tech, or startup is a plus; trust and mindset matter more than credentials.

Responsabilités

• Act as day-to-day link between the CTO and R&D/Operations teams, staying current on ongoing work.
• Represent the CTO at sites and meetings she cannot attend, carrying out delegated tasks and reporting back.
• Track operational and techno-economic indicators and flag issues for attention.
• Track regulatory and IP timelines in a supportive capacity, flagging risks without owning strategy.
