Job summary

Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to define and lead the technology strategy for the new digital bank in France.

The CTO will oversee architecture, cloud, engineering, cybersecurity, data governance and IT operations to build a secure, scalable platform compliant with French/EU rules. Relocation support, leaves and health coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership within regulated finance.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and APIs.
• Experience with data platforms, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Design a secure, scalable architecture and oversee IT operations.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance programs.
• Support regulatory authorisation and technology audits in France/EU.
• Build high-performing tech teams and manage outsourcing relationships.
